is that unfair for me to ask him to stop smoking cigarettes too?

you probably shouldnt ask him now, because im sure its hard for him to stop smoking bud, and then to stop smoking cigarettes is a little much. But maybe in a couple months or so.

You can do it without the patch!
I've tried just about every method there is out there and there is only one I can recommend - NLP! It eliminates the cravings.
Gum patches and all the other just did not cut it for me, not to mention cold turkey which was the hardest, I even tried the electric cig and it is just no match to the real thing.

I'm not a smoker...just a curious person concerned about loved ones who do.

I am quitting. I just found out I am pregnant and have been trying to quit the past couple weeks. I live in OK and my cigarrettes were $4 a pack. They are now up to over 5 and rumored to go up another 1.50 by next month. It is ridiculous!! I have been needing something to help me quit, so I am glad the price is going up, but then again it makes me angry they always tax the smokers. It's not fair in my opinion. But I understand it makes people healthier.

The question you have to ask yourself is do you really want to quit? The electronic cigarette is not a "quit smoking" device. It is a smoking alternative. Now, do you actually "quit" tobacco? Absolutely. But do you quit smoking? Not really.

About six months ago, I started using my e-cig and still smoking my tobacco. I cut down from a pack a day to 4-6 smokes. About a month and a half ago, I woke up and decided I could just use my e-cig. I have had absolutely no depression, no over eating, none of the "quit" issues.

Is the e-cig a joke? Absolutely not. There are thousands of people who have made the switch and guess what? They are all tobacco free, still enjoying their smokes, and there is no second hand smoke, so it is better for those around you.

My suggestion is you do some research. Look at the different suppliers. Read more. Decide what style you want. Note: Njoy is just a name brand like Marlboro or Camel. Read blogs of people who use them. I love mine. I could not have gone tobacco free without it.
