The best way of quitting is to follow a method. http://stopsmoking.eu.pn/ is a new approach on quitting, designed for everyone who seriously wants to stop smoking, and it's completely free; there's no need to buy anything, nor register; no fees, no medications, no gum nor patches, no weight gain. Just read and do exactly what the site suggest.

How do you stop smoking for free?
Quit Smoking Campaign (free to use image)

Hey,
How do you stop smoking once and for all? I am 14 and a smoker. so please anwser my questions how do you stop smoking for free.

Mind over matter.
You have to want to quit, then make an effort to not smoke. You'll probably have some withdrawal symptoms if you smoke often, but they don't last long.

If you need more help than your willpower can provide, then try doing a specific activity or hobby whenever you want to smoke... something creative. Eat a healthy snack, grab a puzzle magazine, play a game... do something you enjoy.

Try to stay away from any friends that smoke while you're quitting, as they will likely increase your cravings.
General things to detox the junk from your body will also help out. Drinking lots of water, eating more fruits and veggies (especially green foods because of the Chlorophyll), and you could try a bit of Apple Cider Vinegar, but it tastes pretty bad. Most other herbs that are good for detoxing are recommended for people 18 and older, so I won't list those as they may not be safe for you (maybe too powerful). Good luck!

Free stop smoking MP3?
Smoking Campaign (free to use this image)

Hi. I have just created a free MP3 to help people stop smoking. I want to help as many people as possible, but cannot afford to set up a "real" website. I would like to publish this MP3 for free download, but don't know where. Naturally, I would like as many people to find it was possible, so if it could come up on a search engine it would be good!

you can create a torrent and seed it.
Download Azureus, that should enable you to create a torrent, then you upload it to sites like mininova.org thepiratebay.org etc.

you can use the site http://yousendit.com and post the link here so we may take a look at it.

what is a free way to stop smoking cigarettes?
spreading: Quit Smoking Campaign (free to use)

my husband and i want to stop smoking. we dont have the money for paches. but stoping cold turkey is hard. i need help please
we are not buying cig right now but cold turkey is so hard

The only "FREE" way to quit is to quit cold turkey! Drink lots of water, eat healthy foods, and avoid trigger situations for a while. I'm trying to quit now, too. I have the most cravings when I'm at work and when I go out to a bar or restaurant.

I used "Smoke Away" several years ago and ended up quitting for a little over a year. I don't know how it worked, but I remember not having any real cravings while I was using the product. I've tried the gum, and it does help with the cravings.

Someone else mentioned in another post that local hospitals might have a smoking cessation support group. That is a great idea that you and your husband could try. I live in Pittsburgh, so I'm surrounded by hospitals. There are tons of free smoking cessation groups, usually once a week.

If you're able to spend a little bit of money, try "The Easy Way to Stop Smoking". It's a book by Alan Carr. I think you can find it on Amazon.com for less than $9. I have not read the book myself, but a lot of my friends at work have. I have two coworkers who have successfully quit cold turkey after reading the book. I don't know anything about the book at all, but it might be worth looking into if people are having success with it.

One last bit of advice: don't quit alone. You and your husband need to support each other, and it's great that you're quitting together. I know from experience that it's nearly impossible to quit when there are other smokers in the house! Also seek the support and encouragement of your friends. Try relaxation techniques, or meditation, or prayer.

I understand how difficult it is. I continued to smoke even after my dad died of lung cancer at age 50.

It takes people several attempts to successfully quit, but you can! You're bigger than that cigarette, so don't give in to cravings. There's nothing about smoking that we NEED, right? Keep up the good work!

Best wishes,
AJ
