when i use the niquitin or what ever they are i get a really sore arm i.e i wear it on the left arm within 10 minutes my arm is in agony any 1 touches it slightly and it really hurts and ideas to the cause of this or is it normal?

I gave up smoking 12 days ago with the help of Niquitin patches but i have been having these really bizarre, vivid dreams every night & not just one per night, sometimes lots where i wake between each one. I haven't dreamt so much in all my life, only one night was bad nightmares but usually they are just strange, funky dreams & i remember every detail which i don't usually!

Yes, This happened to me also. It's not anything unusual. It tells you that you may have vivid dreams on the back of the box. I found that putting a new patch on in the morning instead of at night helped.

I wanted to cut down on smoking to the point where I have maybe 5 or 6 in a day, more social smoking. I am current buying a deck a day and its becoming quite costly. I dont want to use patches or anything over the counter, any other tips?

You just gotta pace yourself and maybe smoke l when you get up and then a couple in the afternoon and then l before you go to bed, or just completely quit smoking which would be the best thing for you, chew just regular gum and that will help also. Good luck.
