I don't smoke, but for my writing class I'm doing second-hand smoke and why you shouldn't smoke with a child in the car. Then I have to write what"s against it. Did you know smoking is good for you because it helps you boost memory and concentration? Anyways, what are some reasons second-hand smoking is good for you?
No second hand smoke (passive smoking is good for you). However, the only real advantage is to the smokers enjoyment of relaxing, while contaminating their lungs.

There is normally no breeze coming into my room, but I can still smell when someone is smoking outside. Should I worry about getting second hand smoke if I leave my window open?
No, you should not worry about it. For decades. People smoked around each other, and no one ever died from second hand smoke. It wasn't until the early 90's, when the lab rats came along and said you could die from it. Paranoia hit an all-time high, and it's still climbing. If no one was harmed from it then, trust me, no one will be harmed from it now. You stressing about it will cause you more harm then anything.
I've looked on the Internet and how people say second hand smoking is worse then actually smoking but no one actually supports that.
So, why? Because I don't believe it.
I also want to know, when my mom smokes in the car all the smoke goes out the window but I can still smell the cigarette or smoke, am I second hand smoking?
If that were really true, why don't those people take up smoking to be healthier? See, makes no sense.
I seem to get migraines for long periods of time and also get dizzy being near smokers and smelling the second hand smoke. I quit smoking 7 months ago.
Congrats on quitting!
I would ask your doctor about it.

The elephant in the room is the Constitution. As every civics class once taught, the federal government is a government of limited, enumerated powers, with the states retaining broad regulatory authority. As James Madison explained in the Federalist Papers: “[I]n the first place it is to be remembered that the general government is not to be charged with the whole power of making and administering laws. Its jurisdiction is limited to certain enumerated objects.” Congress, in other words, cannot regulate simply because it sees a problem to be fixed. Federal law must be grounded in one of the specific grants of authority found in the Constitution.
These are mostly found in Article I, Section 8, which among other things gives Congress the power to tax, borrow and spend money, raise and support armies, declare war, establish post offices and regulate commerce. It is the authority to regulate foreign and interstate commerce that—in one way or another—supports most of the elaborate federal regulatory system. If the federal government has any right to reform, revise or remake the American health-care system, it must be found in this all-important provision. This is especially true of any mandate that every American obtain health-care insurance or face a penalty.
