so i want to get smoking cessation hypnosis. do you think it will work? can it be done in one session?- cause it's so expensive! also, I know that you have to want to quit for it to work. I know that part of me wants to quit, but if i really wanted to, I would have for good by now. What do you think I should do? Does anyone know of a good smoking hynotist in Georgia? thank you
i have smoked my whole life, i have tried the hypnosis, he couldn't put me under. he finally asked if i was a christian and i said yes, his response was he has never been able to have it work on a christian, because it opens to many doors. the only thing i have found that worked was a pill prescribed by my doctor. it is for depression but somehow it works. it worked the first day. i am sorry i don't remember the name, but they now sell it as smoking cessation. hope this helps

Hypnosis works on the principle of replacing a bad action with a good one. As for smoking... you will only quit when you want to badly enough. Hypnosis is good for many things including weight loss and financial stability as well as many other things the mind needs to be "convinced" of.
