so i quite smoking and haven't been smoking for that long about 3 months let's say 1 cig a day. when i quite smoking i didn't have one for 1 month then i smoked with my gf (2 cigs) the next day i was fine but the day after that (today) i'm having isses breathing it's as if my body is telling me i should smoke (i wont done for good broke up with that bitch) so umm Wtf is going on here? (i can run 3miles in 20 and hold my breath for 5min 34sec so i know i don't haveChronic Obstructive Pumonary Disease)

I have been smoking grass for ten years and now that i need to stop but i find it hard because i'll miss doing it. I need positive suggestions on how to quite smoking. Obviously I miss it too much when I can't smoke after food or when I'm excited or when I'm on the phone... you got the idea. Smoking is my safe haven for a lot of things. So, I go smart and I got on the internet to see what I can do to quit. I found it..... next sentence will sound like I'm selling the product, which I am, however, this will give you a start and you can do your own homework to see what keeps you smoking. I found electronic cigarettes that simulate smoke... which is what I am really missing when I want to smoke. So I bought it, tried it and I love it. you have to really want to quit smoking to do it. i dislike smoking awhole lot and i still do it, i havent came to the point where i want to stop for some reason. i get really anxious and worried about how ill function if i dont have a pack on hand. I quite smoking over 3 weeks ago and I have noticed lately that I am very moody and irritable and every little thing gets to me I end up making a mountain out of a mole hill what do I do? How can I get this under control? I am glad I have kick the nicotine habit and do not smoke cigarettes anymore but I am not happy with the after shock (best description I had)!
