quit smoking audio

I bought an audio cd to try it. I have a question though. Do you quit and then do the hypnotism? Or do you do the hypnotism and you just don't want to smoke? No instructions came with the CD so I don't know what order to do things. Do you listen and then gradually quit? Thanks for the help, I really want to beat this smoking thing

Well, here's how to do it. Sit down and make a list of all of your goals, no matter how trivial they may seem. Write your goals down. Find a quiet place where you can be alone and there will be no distractions. Begin your session with a normal voice. Use deep breathing to relax and focus your mind, body and spirit on your intentions. Once you are in a deep relaxed state, begin to count yourself down. Spend as much time as you need to in this vivid world. When it’s time to leave, talk yourself out of it as you entered.

I recommend cutting down gradually until your quit date. I did this. I cut down to half a pack. I did this for three months. I smoked by the puff, not by the cigarette. I took only the amount of nicotine that was necessary to satisfy my urge to smoke and put the rest of the cigarette out.

After doing this for three months I quit cold turkey. Good luck no matter what you do.

I HAVE!!!! What is the deal? Nothing shows it is audio only. I have ctrl+alt+del and nothing shows there, turned the modem off and back on and its still there and it wont go off until it finishes or you shut the computer down. Its sounds like a news documentary or something about what smoking does to your body. it has happend in the middle of the night when im sleep and during the day. Does anyone have any info on these and how to stop them?

I had this problem for a while and I eventually found out that there was spyware r adware active. I discovered this running AdAware. A wonderful program that will scan your computer and find these nasty little items.

You can not be hypnotized against your will or if you are a resistant subject.

To be hypnotized you have to be willing and wishing.

Apparently hypnosis has worked for some people.
