never heard of them, I am trying to give up using Boots Nicassist patches - seem to be working really well for me. Been off the cigarettes for a week now.

So, the electronic cigarette Gamucci, it says it comes with a zero nicotine cartridge. Does this means it's practically just smoking the water vapour, so it would be completely harmful, that even kids could smoke it? (Obviously I don't recommend this) but is it?
What happens if you don't put in a cartridge at all, does it still work?

All brands of electronic cigarettes can be used with zero nicotine. That is the goal for most people trying to quit. At that point it would just be the vapor and the flavoring of your choice.

You need to have moisture in the cartridge for there to be vapor.

All electronic cigarettes are for use by current smokers over the age of 18. It is an alternative to a bad habit.

I have recently quit smoking (Been smoking for a little over a year.. I quit for a month in between) but still have sort of an oral fixation if you will. I don't think its the nicotine that I'm really 'addicted' to per se... but rather 'the act of smoking'...

I found these E-smokes that vaporize a propylene glycol liquid and let you 'smoke' without any combustion involved so no harm done to the lungs.. they seem to be offering a zero nicotine solution so no real addiction either... so could this be the end of my problem? Or are there any other risks involved?

Anything that requires you to inhale carbon dioxide is bad. But I don't think wasting your money on packs of E-smokes is a good alternative. Invest it on something that's going to be worth it rather than your pleasure for right now. And since it has no additive you won't be addicted to it and you won't "come back for more" so I do not really understand what you mean by it being "...the end of your problem".
