are non-nicotine electronic cigarettes bad? what would be the harm? since their is no nicotine and im smoking water vapor what are the health risks?

So what would be the point? You would spend how much money, time and effort to maintain an e-cig (which can be a pain in the behind) for what?

You are not just inhaling "water vapor" - that would be steam.
You are inhaling propylene glycol and/or vegetable glycerin, water, possibly alcohol, and whatever the ingredients are in flavorings as it varies. NONE of which have conclusive studies on long term effects to the human body when inhaled on a consistent, long term basis.

We long time smokers are positive that it is safER (notice the -er-) to smoke an e-cig than to continue to smoke tobacco cigs - BUT there is no substantial proof (yet) that it is.

For a long time tobacco smoker - an e-cig is the greatest thing since sliced bread - but if you don't smoke...

I researched it, but all I found were advertisements (which didn't say much)


There are:
"Smokers Option"----cinnamon and/or menthol cigarettes
and "Bravo Smokes"----lettuce cigarettes
and "Yixing"-----herbal cigarettes (various flavor)
Of the three, "Bravo Smokes" are the only ones that require you to light. The others you just puff without lighting them.


A) Has anyone heard of any of these before?
B) What do they taste like?
C) Are they unhealthy?

either way, you're breating smoke (with the Bravo) or other crud into your lungs. It's not healthy regardless.

Does anyone know of a brand of cigarette that is known for being non-nicotine without all those nasty additives that cause cancer?

I can't remember the name of one brand I have heard of, but let's just say I enjoy the act of smoking once in awhile, but not with the nasty risks/chemicals.

Maybe I should roll my own with skullcap?

No pot jokes please.
