Me & My wife just purchased a house that the previous owner must of smoked one after another. They didnt wash the walls before painting and they didnt prime the walls either. The Nicotine came right through the paint in most spots and the house smells like a casino. What should I do to help get rid of the smell and the painted walls?
well since them fools painted over the smoke stains you'll never get them out you will have to prime the walls then re paint them.sorry to bear bad news

My grandparents, who both smoke heavily, recently bought new living room furniture and they gave us their leather sectional couch to put in our den in the basement. The couch is a cream color but it is badly stained yellowish brown from all of the cigarette smoke and nicotine in their house. What could I use to get all of that off without ruining the leather?
You can go to an auto parts/supply store and buy Armorall (I think that's how you spell it) for leather. It's a cleaner that's very easy to use. I use it on my leather wing backed chair all the time and used to always use it on my leather car upholstery when I had it. They also sell it in supermarkets or hardware stores too.
My whole family smokes and i have been around second hand smoke like my whole life. I am now in college and for the first few weeks i had bad headaches and i was real jittery. When i go home i feel fine and relaxed but when i come back to college i the headaches and the jittery feelings come back for a few days. Am i addicted to nicotine from second hand smoke or is it just all in my head for some reason. If you have sites to back up your answers that would be great. And if you have any advice on what i should do, please share! Thanks
The answer is a qualified yes, in that I've seen occasinal accounts of mild withdrawal symptoms here but am not aware of any studies. The effects you report are certainly consistent with mild withdrawal, though I don't know that I'd call them addiction, since while the effects are unpleasant they aren't sufficient to force you to use the drug. Also, keep in mind that nicotine is a psychoactive drug known for its calming qualities, and some of those will be experienced when you're exposed to second hand smoke. So even if you aren't going through withdrawal you may miss the calming effect you're accustomed to from minor exposure.
Unfortunately, I can't really suggest a fix. You could use a nicotine replacement product but because you've been exposed to minor levels it would very likely make you sick or more addicted. Ditto for e cigarettes or other nicotine delivery devices, or stop smoking drugs. The only thing I can suggest is avoidance.
is there any natural medicine to kill tobacco and cigarrate nicotine after we smoke
Do you mean a way to get the nicotine out of the body?
Hardly worth it. Nicotine doesn't stay in you body very long, anyway. That's why smokers have to smoke so often.
Besides, it isn't the nicotine in the cigarette that hurts you. It's all those carcinogens in the smoke.
I got a sample in the mail of a 20 pack of free nicotine gum, and I don't smoke. I am not going to eat it but am curious what would happen if i did?
nicotine is a poison...it's going to make you vomiting sick until you get used to it. Do yourself a favor and throw that gum away or give it to a smoker! J
