I quit smoking in 2002 and indicated such information on a recent life insurance application. There's a great product you can buy at Happ Controls
(www.happcontrols.com) called Plexi-Clean that works very well on plastic and glass surfaces. I fix slot machines for a casino and it's what we use to clean them up. (Trust me your nicotine problem isn't as bad as ours.) It will also temporarily eliminate the static buildup on the screen to keep it from attracting so much dirt. I agree that not smoking around your TV is by far the best answer. Tobacco smoke is very bad for all electronics.
