There's so much information about why e-cigarette's with the nicotine cartridges may not be safe but nothing about the non-nicotine cartridges. I'm on the level 2 nicotine patch and wondering if the non-nicotine cartridges are ok to use with the e-cigarette while on the patch.

The "so much information" you've heard about is probably NOT correct if you are referring to the FDA's misrepresentation of their report or claims made by ASH or other anti smoking lobbies.
