Which is your country? Tar and Nicotine levels are not the same everywhere. Outside the US you can find Salem cigarette with only 1mg Tar. I think that this are the lightest.
Tar is a moot point, I'm just looking for a type of cigarette with a low nicotine content.
If you look deep into it, the only cigarette with a difference is a Candy Cigarette. :/
To tell the truth there are some people that just need a tick covered, so a Candy Cigarette would really work for them.
