Hair Follicle Drug Testing

I was just wondering what kind of drug testing do they do in the schools in the Philippines? Is it the traditional urine sample test or the hair follicle test?

the urine sample is the most universal one bcuz it's more accurate.
the hair follicle test is more expensive and the results take awhile.

Ok I have not smoked weed in about a month and 1/2. I am going to be starting a new job soon and my problym is that they will be doing a hair drug test after my probation period. That is either 3 or 6 months. I would like to hear from the people that have used some kind of product that takes the thc out of your hair. Im not interested in using bleach, dying, or shaving my hair. I dont care about stupid comments on how i shouldnt have been smoking weed. I just need to hear from those who have passed a hair test.

I did a google search on "hair follicle drug test" and found lots of sites. One of them said - "A standard hair follicle screen covers a period of approximately 90 days". So four months after your last smoke you should be ok. Here's one site:

I am getting a court ordered hair follicle test on my ex husband for reported drug use. I have read with the use of body hair the test can detect up to a years worth of drug use and on other websites it states 90 days. Does anyone have first hand knowledge on the time frame in which the body hair holds the drugs within the follicle?

no more than 90 days

a friend was afraid that he wasnt going to pass his drug test since he had smoke weed 1 week before the test-

I read that cocaine is a break-down product of nicotine. Will that affect my hair follicle drug test if I have smoked cigarettes recently? I guess directly my question is...Will smoking cigarettes cause my hair follicle drug test to come back positive for cocaine since it is a similar break-down?

I don't know where you read that but as far as i know cotinine is a break-down product of nicotine NOT cocaine. Nicotine and cocaine are derived from 2 different plants.

Hair drug tests are quite accurate so you don't need to worry about a false positive.

Help! Getting drug tested in two weeks, using a hair sample. Can anybody tell me what the detox shampoos are like? Do they work? Do they leave your hair smelling like chemicals--I don't want it to be noticeable during the interview! Also, any recommended shampoos that have worked for you!

Agrees. There is NO shampoo that will detox the hair follicle.

Also, if you knew a drug test was coming, why did you ingest?
