I work out every day of the week and I have one off day and that day is an active rest day which still entails a light 2 mile jog I run 2-3 times a week in 3 to 5 mile intervals and do tons of plyometrics, (prob wrong spelling) I drink at least 1.5 gallons of water a day and consume 12 ounces of cranberry juice as well. If I smoked weed in small doses maybe 6-8 times in the last 2 weeks, how soon should I expect a non- detectable level of THC in my urine ? the drug test I will be taking is tested at 50ng/ml
I also take creatine to help muscle recovery and sit and strech in the sauna for 30mins every day. Of course I take my necessary vitamins which include 4grams of vitamin c spaced out between meals and multivitamin,and a bunch of other vitamins
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated for I would like to know when I should schedule this test ?

The Navy's test will show positive for THC if you've smoked weed within 30 days of the test. My suggestion is to quit taking any OTC drugs for enhancement, and quit smoking weed if you want to get into the service. If you continue taking enhancement drugs, it more than likely will show up on a drug screen, as well as the THC, and then you're out the door on your butt. It's not worth the risk, man...

I've gotten a lotta different answers but I get drug tested randomly-monthly for school and I just wanted to know how long before school I need to stop. Like 1 or 2 weeks?? I heard saliva tests have a really short detection time. Please help.

I would wait a week then get tested. 65% is gone within the first 24 hours because it has a half life of 8 hours, so id wait a week to be safe.
